Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE — to be completed before publishing]

This policy explains how Thynk Unlimited (“Thynk”, “we”) handles information when you use our website and products, including Mikro, Sites, and Books. This is an initial version and is pending legal review.

When you join early access, contact us, or create an account, we collect details such as your name, email address, business name, and the content of your messages.

When you send a message through our Contact page or the assistant on our homepage, we store your name, email, any business name and country or time zone you add, your message, and the topic so our team can respond. A conversation with the assistant is included only if you tick the box to include it. The homepage assistant is an AI assistant: your questions are sent to our AI provider (through Lovable’s AI service) to generate a reply, and we don’t save the conversation unless you choose to send it to our team. Please don’t enter passwords or sensitive account information.

We store the information needed to run your account, such as your login email, profile details, business memberships, and product preferences.

You may add information about your business to your Business Brain, such as services, customers, goals, and findings from analyses. This information is used to provide Thynk products to your business. You can review and edit what is stored.

We may collect basic technical information about how the website and apps are used, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and error reports, to keep the service working and improve it.

If you connect a service, such as your website or a Stripe account, we access only the information needed for the feature you turned on. Access tokens are stored server-side and are not shown in your browser. You can disconnect a service at any time.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Thynk does not store your full card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to information you give Stripe directly. If you connect your own Stripe account to Books, that account is separate from Thynk’s billing.

To provide and support Thynk products, generate analyses and recommendations you request, communicate with you about your account and early access, keep the service secure, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information.

We use third-party providers for hosting, databases, payments, email, and AI processing. They process information on our behalf to provide these services. [List of providers to be completed before publishing.]

We use cookies and similar storage that are needed for sign-in and core functionality. [Describe any analytics tools before publishing.]

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. [Retention periods to be confirmed.]

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as access controls that limit business data to its members. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

You can update account details, edit your Business Brain, disconnect services, unsubscribe from emails, or ask us to delete your account by contacting us.
