Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE — to be completed before publishing]

These terms govern your use of the Thynk website and products, including Mikro, Sites, and Books, provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — to be completed] (“Thynk”). This is an initial version and is pending legal review.

By creating an account or using Thynk, you agree to these terms. If you use Thynk for a business, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Thynk.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Some products, such as Mikro, require a paid subscription. Plans, prices, and included features are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Current plans relate to Mikro and do not automatically include future products.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize charges for the plan you select. [Refund policy to be completed before publishing.]

Don’t use Thynk to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, publish harmful or misleading content, or interfere with the service or other users.

You keep ownership of the content and business information you add. You give Thynk permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you.

Products in early access may change, have limited features, or be unavailable at times. We may update or discontinue features as Thynk develops.

Some results, such as analyses, recommendations, and website copy, are generated with AI. They may be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them or publishing them; you are responsible for what you publish.

Thynk can connect to services such as Stripe or your website. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The Thynk name, logos, software, and website are owned by Thynk. These terms don’t grant you rights to them beyond using the service.

You may stop using Thynk at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Thynk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business results.

To the extent permitted by law, Thynk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. [Liability cap to be completed after legal review.]

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and notify account holders of significant changes.
